How difficult it is to relocate and maintain some semblance of normalcy! Try as I may, I have not been able to keep up with my healthy eating habits & regularly scheduled exercise routines. Impossible. Well, it’s been almost four weeks, & I’m ready to begin (again)! As soon as I finish this writing, I’ll hit the gym. Breakfast, as usual, was the easiest meal of the day to control. No problem so far. Hopefully, all will go well as the day and week progresses. Looking forward to that! Stephanie
