Working with me, you will figure out how to proceed with your wellness & fitness. You can expect desirable and sustainable changes in your health & fitness! You will have more energy, learn how to reduce stress, & maintain healthier eating habits.
I provide one-on-one personal training and/or nutrition consulting in the privacy of your own home.
Eat Healthier: I work closely with my clients to help them make better choices at home, in restaurants, and at the grocery store.
Get Into Shape: My clients & I develop individualized fitness programs together, so their lifestyles and current fitness goals are addressed.
Lose Weight: I can help clients who’ve reached an age where the pounds don’t come off easily. It is possible to keep your weight under control as you age.
Listen to your doctor: My clients frequently are advised by their doctors to lose weight and become more active. I can work with your doctor to assure you are progressing safely.
Become a better educated health & wellness consumer: Companies manufacturing foods, drinks, & supplements often confuse people. I will help you sort out the facts, half truths, and myths.
My clients learn about nutrition and healthier lifestyles. Find ways, like they have, to reach and maintain your goals. Different people need and want different things from their consultants. We use a variety of approaches & together develop your highly personalized program.
Choosing me doesn’t mean I meet you at the gym for an hour’s workout until our next session. I am available to answer questions, help with meal planning, & provide you with motivation to stay on your wellness path. I respond to your calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
