Programs are developed to meet your needs. Oftentimes, a client will begin with personal training, and then move to nutrition consulting. Exercise plus healthful eating and drinking practices go hand-in-hand for the most success with developing a healthier lifestyle.
1. Personal Training Program: We will determine your current fitness level, develop a balanced exercise plan that fits your lifestyle, and then begin to train in moderation. Your program will include an aerobic portion, a strength training part, and flexibility & core stabilization, as well. For those of you with limited physical strength, agility, and/or energy, we proceed according to your ability levels and within your capabilities. It is possible for all of us to become more physically fit – regardless of our present conditions!
2. Individualized Nutrition Program: Let me provide you with sound nutrition education developed by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists. This program can help you determine if you are eating, not only the right kinds of foods, but also, enough food! I can check if you are eating a balanced and healthful diet.
3. Group Nutrition Program: This is an 8 session program covering a series of topics designed to help you succeed in your ongoing health and weight management needs. This, too, was developed by AASDN to help individuals make healthier lifestyle choices. Develop an eating plan, determine your caloric needs, and find out why diets don’t work!
